I have three basic Mottos: "Sivako! -- Rise to the challenge," "If you put your mind to it, it can be accomplished" and "Help others as if it was you who needed help." These sayings are the briefest summary as to what I do as a person and Realtor.

My oldest son was diagnosed with a grade 4-5, inoperable brain Arteriovenous Malformation in April of 2020. Through years of therapy, treatments, and as we search for a cure for my son's medical condition, I have found a passion for spreading awareness about pediatric stroke. I started the organization AVM Alliance, a pediatric stroke, AVM, Aneurysm and T.B.I. group to help provide support, raise money for research, and assist families suffering from stroke, brain vessel disease and trauma. AVM Alliance works with doctors and other AVM groups across the world to help families newly diagnosed find information and provide an outlet for them to find love, support, and encouragement. As an established as a Real Estate Agent, I have personally sold over 1,500 homes.
